Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians in Illinois who are seeking a supportive, reflective, and growth-oriented supervisory relationship within a trauma-informed framework.
My supervision style is collaborative and integrative, blending clinical skill-building, case conceptualization, ethical considerations, and somatic awareness. Supervision includes attention to the therapist's nervous system, internal experience, and professional sustainability. I believe strong clinical work is inseparable from clinician wellbeing, so supervision also makes room for self-care practices and burnout prevention — helping supervisees build sustainable habits that support both their clients and their own longevity in the field.
I bring experience across general and special education school social work, as well as private practice, which allows me to support clinicians working in schools, community-based settings, and private practice. I intentionally bring LCSW’s in across a variety of settings based on the interest and professional goals of my supervisees, giving them hands-on exposure to the different paths available within the field. My goal is for every supervisee to leave supervision with a clear, informed sense of the breadth of work they can pursue once fully licensed.
