Individual Therapy
Trauma-Informed, Holistic Therapy for Emotional Healing and Nervous System Regulation
Our Approach to Therapy
About My Therapy Practice
Clarity is at the center of my clinical work — helping clients understand themselves and what they truly need, so we can build a treatment path that actually fits their life. My goal in our work together isn't to help you run from hard feelings or the harder realities of the world — it's to help you meet them, and meet yourself, with more clarity and compassion.
I'm not asking my clients to go anywhere I haven't been myself. I've received training in every modality I use in session, and have and continue to sit on the other side of the couch — as a client myself, with my own therapist. That lived experience shapes how I show up with you: grounded, non-pathologizing, and honest about what healing actually requires.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with neurodivergent Black women — high achievers who are deeply introspective but often overwhelmed, who value spirituality and self-exploration, and who are seeking holistic, culturally attuned care. My clinical experience includes supporting clients navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions.
My Therapeutic Approach
My work is trauma informed, collaborative, relational, and holistic with a dash of humor. Healing is heavy work, and I don't believe it has to be humorless to be effective. I hold space for clients to explore all parts of their multidimensional selves — not to "fix" what is, but to widen their tolerance for stress and build resilience. I integrate somatic and body-based practices alongside traditional talk therapy, so healing happens in both mind and body.
I'm certified in Brainspotting, a brain-body based approach that uses focused eye positions to help access and process trauma, stress, and emotional pain stored in the nervous system — often reaching what talk therapy alone can't. I also integrate Trauma-Conscious Yoga, a somatic practice drawing from parts work, Somatic Experiencing, and yogic philosophy through a decolonized lens, using breath, movement, and body awareness to help regulate the nervous system and build a felt sense of safety in the body.
I'm not here to erase what's difficult — some things simply are. I'm here to walk with you as you build the tools and capacity to meet life differently.
