Somatic Support Groups for Therapists and Wellness Practitioners
Somatic Support Groups at Relevé Wellness & Counseling are designed for clinicians and wellness practitioners seeking both personal nervous system regulation and sustainable professional growth. These groups integrate components from evidence-informed somatic approaches, including group Brainspotting, the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM), and guided embodied reflection, to support stress reduction, burnout prevention, and long-term resilience in clinical work.
Clinician-specific groups include clear psychoeducation and dedicated space for reflection and questions, allowing participants to understand the why behind each practice and its impact on nervous system regulation and trauma processing. Practices are intentionally structured to be both personally restorative and directly transferable into work with clients, supporting regulation, attunement, and embodied clinical effectiveness.
These somatic support groups offer a contained, reflective space to reconnect with oneself, deepen clinical insight, and cultivate tools that support sustainability, presence, and integrity in both personal and professional practice.
Groups are open to licensed therapists and wellness practitioners, including master’s-level students, life coaches, yoga teachers, and other professionals in allied healing fields. Participants will receive a welcome email with group details and the meeting link within 48 hours of registration.
