Anxiety & Burnout Reduction

With Somatic-Based Practices a 4-week Series

Facilitated by: Mariah Peloso, LCSW, RYT-200

This is a structured, in-person therapeutic group designed to help participants understand their nervous system and how it shapes anxiety, stress, relationships, and daily functioning.

Through guided somatic practices, members will learn how stress is stored in the body — and how to safely release it.

Each session integrates somatic-based practices including gentle movement, meditation, parts work, group brainspotting, expressive arts, journaling, and facilitated discussion to support nervous system regulation and deeper self-trust.

Participants Will Leave With:

• A foundational understanding of the nervous system and its impact on mental health
• Reduced symptoms of anxiety and chronic stress
• Practical, body-based tools they can apply in everyday life
• Increased awareness of their body’s early stress signals
• Greater confidence in responding to stress (rather than reacting to it)
• Strengthened connection to their inner wisdom
