Guided by a licensed therapist and certified yoga teacher, this evening blends restorative yoga, meditation, and thoughtfully facilitated connection practices to help you slow down, soften, and engage in authentic connection with yourself and others.
This is more than a class. It’s an immersive space to reset your nervous system and build real friendships in a grounded, welcoming environment.
